Made big dinner last night. Food marinated, grill cleaned, table set, wine selected. All I needed was a guest. Guest arrives. Presentation of The Book. Received a CD of tunes he thought I might like. Wow. Never received one without giving one first. Wow. Cook dinner (big-assed steak) out on the grill in the beginnings of the swirling maelstrom to come. Major multitasking. GOD I LOVE TO EAT. Rain, thunder, lightening, all very dramatic. Great night. It's been a really good weekend. Really good.
