I really had to restrain myself, do a little self-medication with beer, and take the dogs for a walk in Kingwood to count ribbons: Oh THAT helped.
Turns out it has its roots in comments by Colorado Republican Congressional Representative Tom Tancredo regarding if WMD were used by Muslim terrorists here in the U.S.
