The massive march and country music concert that The Pentagon will hold to mark the fourth anniversary of 9/11 is sounding a little 1933 Germany to me...
"This year the Department of Defense will initiate an America Supports You Freedom Walk," Rumsfeld said, adding that the march would remind people of "the sacrifices of this generation and of each previous generation."
Now, why would we have a "We Support Our Troops" march on 9/11 if 9/11 and the war in Iraq are not supposed to be associated with each other...?
Maybe I am just being dense and grumpy after a fairly trying day...
