Things like this, a plan to raze homes in FL to use "eminent domain, if necessary, to displace about 6,000 local residents and build a billion-dollar waterfront yachting and housing complex" make me wonder about what is going to happen to the most flood-ravaged and low-lying areas of New Orleans. Of course, something like this is not feasible there because the levee system would have to be rearranged, but would that be a place to enforce eminent domain for parks, etc.? I wonder...I dunno...just mulling.
