In my work e-mail this morning:
Dear Customers,
I would like to let you know that we have made a decision to change out the Coffee brewing system from the glass carafes to the Air pot System. Change is being done mainly for safety reasons. Air pot system we have no need to worry about burning carafes.
This is a turnkey operation and should not impede on your business or coffee needs. This is already in process and should be completed by the end of the day tomorrow.
Thank you again for all your support, it is greatly appreciated.
