Prescriptions by mail. What a pain in the ass. MEDCO makes it so that it is significantly more expensive to get your prescriptions at, say, CVS. So you go the mail order route. Get the doc to fax it in, etc. Then you wait. Then it delays. Then you are out of what you need. The website is worthless. Then you call the damned number. And get frustrated. And want to firebomb them.
Then you find a person. And they are so helpful and nice.
Hate 'em. Like 'em.
