Poor Bucky has one of those cones (E-Collar) around his head to keep him from licking at his wound from the surgery. One of the conveniences of it is that he can carry a toy in it!
Seriously though, he is doing very good with it. Even if it is a weapon: He does not know how big his head is now and just runs into everything with it.
