Well, Grasshopper has a very good point: You cannot organize your posts on here. Being the cubby-hole, subdirectory-loving posterchild for the O.C. of America, this bugs me already - and I only just lost my blogging cherry the day before yesterday. I think I'll do something like put a category in front of posts, like Rant, WTF, Thoughts, etc., if only to make me feel better.

By the way, I have decided to ban [grep] from my existence. No greps allowed. For some reason the grep character will not print here, but it's the vertical bar in the title of this entry.

This is consistent with my policy of "no-command lines", which drives our IT guy at work NUTS because I am the only one who insists on using the GUI in Chapeau Rouge, and of course the GUI has bugs and fucks up the workstations, etc etc etc. I mean really, my brain hurts when it comes to that stuff.
