Houston Airport System strikes accord with Senegal authority
A cooperation agreement has been signed between the Houston Airport System and the National Airports Authority of Senegal.

Well THANK GOD they're doing this, it's FAR more important than clearing up the clusterfuck that is Terminal D traffic.
