Germany offered aid to the U.S. for Katrina victims TUESDAY, in the form of GENERATORS, WATER PURIFIERS, BEDS, TENTS, HELICOPTERS, DOCTORS. France offered as well.

It was refused by the U.S. on WEDNESDAY. By Bush.

I went and read about it on Deutsche Welle.

I heard on the BBC that the U.K. was sending medical aid and staff. Which was accepted. By Bush.

Then Bush changed his mind, and accepted Germany's offer Sunday. After the stuff arrived Saturday.

That god-damned incompetent imbecilic motherfucking asshole.
