Texas roads earned #1 from Overdrive Magazine, which is for over-the-road truckers. I'm surprised, but overall I guess they are good, except for I-35 between Dallas and Austin, which will rattle your fillings out of your teeth. Pennsylvania got worst (I believe it, the roads there have always sucked).
