OK, more like from the kitchen cabinet. You get the point though. A good good friend gave me this bottle of wine that he had been saving for a special occasion - it had come back with him from Paris 15 years ago. He gave it to me as a house-warming gift, and I decided to open it up Saturday with him here for Christmas Dinner.
Neither of us are major wine experts, and its sister bottle had gone to vinegar. Well not this puppy! It was really good (after that little cork incident...) - gentle but firm. Highly recommended by us.
